These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://roselyva.com/ and purchases made through Roselyva.
Roselyva is operated by Shanxi Liu Shuiming Technology Co., Ltd. References to “Roselyva,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to that company.
By using the website or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Return & Refund Policy also apply to relevant interactions and purchases.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

Any specific delivery commitment presented and accepted as part of an order will apply to that order.
Providing a parcel to a delivery carrier does not remove any seller responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
SECTION 8 — CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
Cancellations, voluntary returns, product-condition requirements, damaged or incorrect goods, return shipping, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
